Scope

NBB Reporting is maintained by Shawn Madden through Strategic Integration Services for the internal use of Nashthetics Beauty Brands LLC. It is not offered as a public accounting application.

Permitted use

Authorized personnel may use the application for the company’s internal accounting and business reporting. Only a person authorized to access the company’s QuickBooks records may approve a connection. Credentials and access must not be shared with unauthorized people.

Reporting and review

Users are responsible for reviewing report completeness, dates, calculations, and reconciliations before using outputs for payroll, journal entries, or other decisions. The planned QuickBooks connection retrieves records for reporting and is not intended to post or modify accounting transactions.

Availability and disconnection

The integration is currently being configured. Availability depends on local systems and third-party services. Access may be suspended for maintenance, security, or loss of authorization. An authorized administrator may revoke the connection through QuickBooks. Historical reporting records remain subject to the privacy policy and the company’s recordkeeping requirements.

Third-party services

QuickBooks and Intuit services remain subject to their own terms. NBB Reporting is an independent internal tool and is not endorsed by Intuit.
