This policy covers the NBB Reporting integration maintained by Shawn Madden through Strategic Integration Services for Nashthetics Beauty Brands LLC.

Information used

When authorized and activated, the QuickBooks connection will retrieve company accounting records needed for internal reporting. These may include transactions, accounts, classes, dates, amounts, and names or descriptions contained in accounting records. Authorization credentials are used to maintain the connection.

Purpose and access

Information is used for the company’s accounting, reconciliation, and internal business reporting. Access is limited to authorized personnel and service providers who support those activities. Reporting data is not sold or used for advertising.

Storage and retention

Reporting records are retained in the company’s local reporting system and its backups for accounting and historical analysis, including history from 2021 onward. Disconnecting QuickBooks stops future retrieval; it does not automatically delete existing accounting records or backups. Contact the maintainer about access, corrections, or deletion, subject to applicable recordkeeping obligations.

This website

These static information pages contain no login form, business data, advertising trackers, or application analytics. Cloudflare hosts the pages and may process ordinary request information, such as IP addresses, under its own privacy policy. Links to Intuit lead to a separate service governed by Intuit’s policies.
